The E-Security National Agenda addresses the integrity and security of the online environment for both the public and private sectors. Since 2001, the information economy has expanded rapidly, driven primarily by the accelerating growth in the scale, ubiquity and complexity of the Internet.

The press release and other information on the review is avaia;ble from HERE.

The E-Security National Agenda review is being undertaken to ensure that Australia's policy and operational framework continues to be responsive to the changing e-security environment now and into the future.

The E-Security National Agenda review discussion paper is also available from HEREin pdf format. It has been prepared to assist consideration of the issues. Comments are welcome from the public on the issues raised in the paper. It is intended that submissions will be made public.
